To boost weight loss-
2L water
1 medium cucumber
 1 lemon
10-12 mint leaves
Keep overnight in fridge and drink every day. Also great for general detox—including clear skin!  

I love doing this with basil, cucumber, lime, and ginger!

my cousin does this, but uses grapefruit instead of lime… i wanna use both!

Two things that I see quite a lot on tumblr that always bother me. Both problems are kind of linked, so I put them together in one post.

  1. This week I saw a girl who said that, since she had eaten something unhealthy, her whole day was wasted and she didn’t see why she should keep eating healthy for the remainder of the day. ONE bad meal won’t ruin your day, but if ALL of your meals are unhealthy, then the day will be wasted. 
  2. A lot of girls freak out and get desperate thinking that they will suddenly gain tons of weight because they ate some chocolate/a slice of cake/a cookie/whatever. You WON’T gain weight because of it. If you slipped, if you ate something unhealthy (like a cookie), take a deep breath, drink some water and promise to yourself that your next meal WILL be healthy and that you’ll exercise to burn the calories of the cookie you ate.

See? One bad meal won’t ruin your day and don’t overreact if you ate some candy. Keep eating healthy and exercising; that’s all you need to do if you feel guilty.

Yes please don’t give up! You will get there!
